Grevillea 'Ivanhoe'
The cultivar is thought to be a hybrid between G. longifolia and G. caleyi. A vigorous cultivar with dense habit, growing up to 3 m high by 4 m across. Branches tend to be held horizontally. Leaves are deeply and more or less regularly toothed up to 10 cm long and 20 mm wide. Flowers are
red in toothbrush-like racemes up to 50 mm long. Foliage is intermediate between the parents and habit is rather denser and more vigorous than either parent.
Diagnosis:
Foliage is intermediate between the parents and the habit is denser and more vigorous than either parent.
Callistemon viminalis 'Wilderness White'
This cultivar grows to 2.5m by 2m wide. It has a dense,
weeping habit. The flowers are a clear white in colour and each raceme is
about 10cm long.
Diagnosis:
C.viminalis occurs in many forms, some of which have been given
cultivar names. C. 'Wilderness White' is easily distinguished as it is the
only one with white flowers.
Other notes:
The drought and frost hardiness is expected to be similar to
other forms of C. viminalis. This cultivar must be grown by vegetative
means to preserve the cultivar form.
Brachyscome diversifolia 'Whitewash'
A compact, tufted perennial herb, leaves pale green to 100mm long, usually coarsely toothed. Flower heads white to 40mm across, prolificly in Spring and throughout the year.
Brachyscome 'Pink Haze'
Low growing, compact, dense perennial herb with finely divided, dark green foliage and numerous, small, pale pink daisy inflorescences.
Correa pulchella 'Little Cate'
Correa pulchella ‘Little Cate’ is a moderately dense,
spreading evergreen shrub which has grown to approximately 60cm high by 1m
wide after 3 years in cultivation. Leaves are generally ovate to broad
ovate, of variable size but up to 25mm long by 17mm wide. Flowers are a
uniform bright pink. The corolla tube is 25mm long x 8mm wide. The flowers
are profuse and prominently displayed, contrasting well with the dark
foliage, and flowering continues for a long period. Peak flowering time is
between April and July.
Diagnosis:
Thought to be a hybrid between two forms of Correa pulchella (a
small leaved upright orange form and C. ‘Pink Mist’). C. ‘Little Cate’
differs from C. ‘Pink Mist’ in the colour of the flowers, which are a
deeper/brighter pink and in its more spreading growth habit. The growth
habit seems to be similar to C. ‘Dusky Bells’, however C. ‘Little Cate’ can
easily be distinguished by its leaves which are darker green, thicker, and
generally shorter and wider than those of C. ‘Dusky Bells’. The flowers of
C. ‘Little Cate’ are also more prominently displayed and less concealed by
the foliage.
Correa 'Coconut Ice'
Correa ‘Coconut Ice’ is a spreading evergreen shrub which grows to approximately 1m high by 2m wide. Foliage is of moderate density.
Leaves cordate, 15-25 mm long x 10-20 mm wide. Flowers 2 - 2.5 cm long, petals tightly recurved, pale pink with cream tips. Flowering time is from
May to October.
Diagnosis:
The flower length (2 - 2.5 cm) is shorter than C. reflexa but longer than C. alba. The colour (pale pink with cream tips) also sets it
apart from both parent species. The degree of flaring of the corolla lobes is intermediate between these species.
Acmena smithii 'BWNFIR'
Large compact shrub up to 6m(h) x 4m(w) with orange red new growth and white flowers.
Dianella revoluta 'DR5000'
Dense strappy leafed shrub 0.4m(h) x 0.4m(w) with small purple flowers from October to November.
Dianella revoluta 'DR5000'
Dense strappy leafed shrub 0.4m(h) x 0.4m(w) with small purple flowers from October to November.
Eremophila glabra 'EREM1'
Compact prostrate spreading shrub with blue/grey foliage and orange/yellow flowers.
