Please use these forms if you are applying for a permit to conduct research or commercial activities, (such as, but not limited to, sales, commercial tours or commercial photography (other than wedding photography, see booking forms below), in the Australian National Botanic Gardens, under Regulation 12.06(2) or 12.09(1) of the EPBC Regulations, and in accordance with subsection 354(1) of the EPBC Act.

A detailed list of activities that require a permit is listed under Part 12 of the Regulations.

Permit Application Forms

Some permits for the ANBG are located on the Department of the Environment and Water Resources (DEWHA) web server.

• Obtaining plant material
• Commercial activities (via DEWHA web site)
• Permit to kill, injure, take, trade, keep or move a member of a listed threatened species (via DEWHA web site)
• Other activities (via DEWHA web site)
• Licences to reproduce photographs from ANBG Collection.
