Currently recruiting for:

Education Explainer – Level 3 - $29.88*ph

We are seeking energetic and highly motivated presenters to join our team of Education Explainers including Twilight Guides at the Australian National Botanic Gardens. Education Explainers are responsible for the successful co-ordination and delivery of daytime and evening school programs at the Gardens.
To be successful in this position, you will:

• have an interest in Australian plants, animals and the natural environment;
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• have the ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people, particularly school students;
• and be organised and flexible and work effectively as a team member.

*this includes a 20% casual loading
Successful applicants will be offered work on a casual basis including weekends, public holidays, and after hours work. Shift penalties apply.  Suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply even if you have limited availability; a 2 hour minimum shift is required.
