Autotet

A program for analysis of autotetraploid genotypic data, by P.H.Thrall and A. Young.

The program comes as an MS-DOS executable file (autotet.exe) which can be loaded onto the hard drive from this web site.
AUTOTET will automatically determine the number of individuals and loci in the input file, so there is minimal formatting input required.
